James Tonelli is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in Summit, New Jersey, where he has worked since 1990. A consummate professional, James is highly responsive and attentive to his clients, many of whom have been with him for decades. He specializes in tax preparation and planning for individuals as well as accounting, tax, and audit services for business. In addition, he undertakes outsourced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) engagements and board advisory roles.
James is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from American University in 1983.
Deborah A. Sheedy, CPA

Deborah Sheedy provides audit, accounting, and tax services to clients operating across a wide variety of industries including manufacturers, software developers, real estate, start-ups, financial services, family owned businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. She also has experience with broker-dealers and performs custody examinations for registered investment advisors.
Deborah is proficient in federal and multi-state taxation for individuals, sole proprietors, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and trusts. She has practiced in public accounting for over twenty years including two years with KPMG as an audit senior. Deborah earned a BS degree in accounting from the University of Scranton. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
